Returns and Refunds Policy
We hope you’re happy with your Jam Attic purchase. If you decide it’s not quite right for you, you can return to us within 30 days of purchase or receiving your order, whichever is later.
When making a return please be aware of the following:
Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resealable.
For hygiene reasons, jewellery for piercings such as earrings purchased online can only be returned to our website if unopened and still within fully sealed tamper-proof packaging.
Online Returns
You can return items purchased online to our website up to 30 days after purchase or receiving your order by sending an email to enquiries@jamattic.co.uk.
If your product is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team with photos.
Terms and Conditions
Standard delivery costs of £4.95 will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.
Upgraded delivery options will not be refunded in full unless the entire order is faulty or incorrect.
Your return and refund may take up to 10 working days to reach us and to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email notification from us. It may take up to 5 working days for the funds to show in your account, or within 48 hours if paid with PayPal.
